Shipping policy

  • Please read item descriptions thoroughly. Size information and any details about required assembly should be in the description.
  • I am and cannot be responsible for items that are lost/tampered with/stolen in shipment. If an parcel is marked as delivered and it has not arrived to you, you will need to contact the appropriate carrier for resolution. Any items that are returned to me as undelivered I will contact you. Buyer is responsible for the expense of reshipment.
  • Please place any time sensitive orders well ahead of time. I cannot accommodate rush orders or individual schedules.
  • If there are flaws or defects to your items, please contact me with photographs of the issues so that we can come to a resolution.
  • Orders are shipped via USPS
  • Shipping Insurance and delivery confirmation is available upon request. Purchases under $250 are not insured unless requested by buyer before purchase for an additional cost. Tracking / delivery confirmation will be sent . I cannot be held responsible for errors on the part of USPS.  Claims for missing or undelivered packages have to be made directly to your local post office on the rare occasion that this happens.
  • By finalizing your order, you acknowledge you have read , understand, and agree to honor all information stated above and in the purchased products description.
  • When possible I reuse shipping materials - including boxes and void fill.
  • Returns and pre-order cancellations are not accepted.
